Located along Fullerton Road, owned by The Fullerton Hotel.

The Fullerton Waterboat House served as the office premises for Captain William Laurence Flint (brother-in-law of Sir Stamford Raffles) from the year 1820 to 1822. His duties included collecting anchorage and port clearance fees, registering vessels and cargoes, as well as providing fresh water, firewood and sand ballast for a nominal fee.

Formally known as the Waterboat House, it was occupied by the Port of Singapore Authorities, which sold water via waterboats to ships anchored in the offshore harbour. After being given conservation status in 2002, The Fullerton Waterboat House now houses Bacchus Boathouse wine bar and French fine-dining restaurant Saint Julien.
